At Xtreme Soccer, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the pitch. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and soccer cleats are in their original shoe box without tape or labels directly on the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in new, unworn condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
